Find A Kiln Near You
**You can leave your clay vessels to dry for yearrrrs before getting them to a kiln - so don't worry if COVID locks us inside for a little longer**
In order to make your masterpieces safe to use you need to go through a two step firing process.
The first phase is called "bisque firing"
Bisque firing is basically an exorcism for your clay. It gets rid of all the excess water and ugly toxins.
Once your clay has been 'bisqued' it's now ready for it's glaze. Glazing is the process of painting your clay with a very pretty and very practical coat.
The glaze is used to colour and decorate your clay, however, most importantly, it waterproofs them.
We're constantly updating this list of kilns, if you own a kiln and want to be featured - reach out to us here.
